The Crindau Fitness app has eleven video tutorials created by the Digital Leaders at Crindau Primary School using their iPads. The app is designed for teachers or parents to use in any safe open space. Embedded videos that can be used without Wifi.
Setting up stations, the exercises include:
Plank
High Knes
Tiger Jumps
Ball Squat
Crunches
Inch Worm
Single Leg Jumps
Star Jumps
Shuttle Runs
Burpees
In and Out of Cones
Crindau Timer / Counter.
Use the Crindau Timer / Counter tool to measure progress and collect data to be used back in the classroom. The pupils will be able to measure how their fitness is improving.
Crindau Challenge
Within the app there is a Crindau Fitness Challenge that we will be changing regularly. Record your results in the Fitness Diary.
Fitness Diary
Keep a record of your fitness achievements within the app as you improve your levels of fitness.
Game Challenge
Use the Game Challenge tool to randomly generate activities and reps to complete individually or with friends.
Fitness Test
Use the Fitness audio test tool to measure levels of fitness and retest to show improvement. Record results in the Fitness Diary.
Fitness Locations
Every time you find a new fitness location you can now save the location within the app. Build up your fitness locations in your area.
